What the Deluxe Edition adds
The Deluxe Edition adds the following on top of the base game:[2]
- Six legendary vehicles: Concorde, London Bus, Trans-Europe Express, Peterbilt 359, Hong Kong Tram and Sikorsky S-76 Spirit
- Two landmarks: Eiffel Tower and Taj Mahal
- Four wild animals: Orca, Komodo Dragon, Boar Family and Bison
- Three handcrafted maps: Redrock Bends, Northern Gates and Emerald Shores
- Extras: Tycoon Cars, three "Fun Elements" and the franchise soundtracks from earlier games
For $15 more on PC, that is 6 vehicles, 2 landmarks, 4 animals and 3 maps. The store describes all of it as content added "to your base game".[2]
Note on the vehicle count: Paradox's August 25 press release promotes "11 legendary vehicles" in the Deluxe Edition. The itemised lists on Steam and in the developer's announcement name only the six above.[3][2][1] We have not found an explanation, so the six named vehicles are the verifiable list.
Collector's Edition
It is sold through the official shop and includes a digital Deluxe Edition key that "will be delivered digitally via email after order confirmation".[4] The physical items include a 13 cm 3D-printed "Hero Statue" with a hand-painted finish and a "200 pages hardcover book".[1][4] It is the first limited edition in the series, capped at 10,000 copies.[1] It contains no physical game disc: the game itself is the digital key.[5]
Pre-order bonus
Pre-ordering adds three items: the TS Queen Mary ocean liner, the Great Pyramid of Giza landmark, and the Asian Elephant for tropical regions.[1] The Steam listing describes the same three items as its "Pre-Purchase Offer".[2]
TF2 loyalty discount: the fine print
- Only for owners of Transport Fever 2
- Only on the same platform where you own TF2
- Applies to Standard or Deluxe, not the Collector's Edition
- Available until 14 days after launch. Launch is set for September 29, 2026, so by our count the window closes around October 13, 2026.[1]
